THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Are these products warrantied at all?
    All our used products are tested and sold as working unless otherwise noted. As such, we do offer a 48 hour inspection period for the buyer to verify all is working as expected. Should the buyer find issue with the product within this period, the item can be returned for a full refund.
  • Do the listed selling prices include shipping?
    All pricing is FOB our main offices in Stoney Creek, Ontario. We will, however, work with customers who require shipping to keep costs down and get you the product at the best price possible. All and any freight costs, import/ export costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Are there price breaks for buying multiple items?
    We love selling more gear! We will always work with customers to get them the most gear for the best price possible. If you’re interested in multiple items, please reach out and our sales associates will be happy to work with you.
  • Is the listed equipment the only equipment for sale?
    Not necessarily! We are always evaluating our rental inventory and may certainly be at a place to entertain offers on current inventory that hasn’t been posted yet. If you’re looking for a specific item, feel free to inquire and our associates will be happy to let you know what the options might be!
  • Do you only sell used equipment?
    Not at all! Soundbox proudly represents just about all major professional brands in the entertainment and integration industry. If you have an item, or a full project you need quoted, please reach out to our team, we’d be happy to see how we can be of service!
